STRIVE Names Two New Members to Its Board of Directors

STRIVE International, a leading New-York based workforce development nonprofit agency, has announced the appointment of two new members to serve on its board of directors, Arthur Kokot and Randy Zeno.

“As STRIVE expands our employment services for at-risk New Yorkers, we are thrilled to welcome both Randy and Arthur,” said H. Thompson Rodman, Jr., STRIVE’s Chairman of the Board. “Randy is a talented innovator and leader in the consumer products arena who has demonstrated the ability to increase organizational value through brand building and growth. Arthur is a respected real estate industry professional who brings proven industry leadership, along with extensive legal experience. We look forward to the contributions both will bring to the board.”

Mr. Zeno comes with nearly 30 years of marketing and leadership experience, and serves as Outside Director of Glory Foods, premium producer of fresh and canned Southern foods. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Dr. Miracles, a front-runner in the ethnic personal care industry. Prior, Mr. Zeno served as Interim President of Reynolds Consumer Products, the leader in consumer food wraps and bags.

Mr. Kokot brings 40 years of legal experience to STRIVE’s board. Currently, he is President of Kokot Realty Enterprises, Inc., a New York City real estate firm possessing a premium portfolio of residential properties in up-and-coming areas of Manhattan. Prior, he practiced intellectual property and entertainment law as a partner and department head at Kay Collyer & Boose, and corporate and business litigation as an associate at Breed Abbott & Morgan.

Mr.  Zeno lives in New York City and holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts, both from Duke University. Mr. Kokot also lives in New York City and holds a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
